You can cancel your membership anytime by logging in and using the “Cancel” link within the members area.

We also have a free mobile app that is available to Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod). This app allows Premium Members to access all of the videos remotely.

As you can imagine, we literally get dozens of video requests every week. While it would be near impossible to satisfy every request that we get, we do keep track of them and try to work our way through the list as time permits.
